Facebook vs. Twitter

I prefer Facebook over Twitter because I like the different options you have such as posting photos. With Twitter you have to post a link to a photo. Twitter just seems less personal. I like looking at my friends' pages to see what they are doing. I think Facebook and Twitter are great tools for libraries to use to get their information out to the public. I think they both could be utilized in different ways. I know different employees at our library post our programs on their personal Facebook pages. My library actually has its own Facebook page as well. Here is an example from the Twitter page of IUPUI:
